     From USD $15.00 to US$ 34.00 per participant.
 
+ Half day meeting package
     From USD $14.00 to US$ 25.00 per participant.
 
+ Package Contents:
    Use of meeting room with professional set up

• 2 Coffee breaks with snacks (2 breaks for full day /1 break for half day)
• Paper, pens, iced water, stationary box and mints during meeting
• Flipcharts, whiteboard and markers
• Internal sound system and wireless microphones
• Overhead projector and screen; Podium, stage (if required), laser pointer
• Signboards and complimentary Welcome Banner
• Flower arrangements; Free use of hotel facilities
• Lunch in meeting rooms or in hotel restaurant
